Brian Levy
NFLPA Contract Advisor since 1990. Received his BA/MBA at George Washington University. Levy has consistently maintained an exemplary record of conduct, as it pertains to his handling of his clients. His work has been widely praised for the acceleration of the career paths of Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin along with many other prominent Coaches. Throughout his career, Levy has represented clients drafted in every round of the NFL Entry Draft. Over his long tenured career, Levy has had his contract negotiation successes chronicled many times, in major national news publications.
Cedric Saunders
Brings 26 years of NFL experience to the Goal Line team. A graduate of Ohio State University and a 4 year starter with All-Big 10 honors, Cedric went on to play for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Before joining Goal Line, Saunders spent 10 years as an integral part of the Detroit Lions, departing as the Sr. VP of Football Operations. He evaluated draft-eligible talent as well as positional needs for the draft, conducted prospect interviews and negotiated rookie contracts. Early in his career, Cedric worked in the scouting department and front offices for the Tampa Bay Bucs and Kansas City Chiefs.
Yossi Behar
Joseph “Yossi” Behar has an extensive background in the sports management field. After graduating with distinction from Elmhurst College where he also played quarterback, Yossi earned his MBA from the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. His expertise in player evaluation, overall football knowledge and understanding of the CBA have proven to be of significant value since he joined the Goal Line team in 2010. In addition to handling his responsibilities as an agent, Yossi is also heavily involved in every facet of Goal Line’s day-to-day operations.
Ryan Condon
Ryan comes to Goal Line after spending the first 4 years of his career with the Miami Dolphins in various roles. Condon began his career in June of 2015 as a front office intern under the team president. During his tenure with the Dolphins, Ryan served in other roles within the organization including communications, operations, front office and coaching. Prior to that, Ryan was a quarterback at Ithaca College where he graduated in 2015. As a college student, he interned with the NFL International Office in London.
Samantha Blitzer
Assistant Director of Coaches Division, Samantha Blitzer comes to Goal Line Football with a diverse background in the sports industry. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016 where she was a part of the football program during their transitional time to FBS. Upon graduation she spent 3 years with a major sports agency in New York in their Property Sales division before leaving in September 2019 to join the XFL in Business Operations for the New York Guardians. Samantha has worked for the New York Jets in event management for a few years and had a brief experience with their scouting department. Samantha was running the Coaches Division at an agency before joining Goal Line Football in July 2021. This past Spring, Samantha graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Legal Studies degree in Sports Law while working with us here at Goal Line Football.
Everett Levy
Everett spent his summers since high school interning at Goal Line, learning the in’s and out’s of the business. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and went on to earn his MBA from Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga School of Business, where he learned and developed skills in marketing, communication, and business management. Everett now joins the team full time working in the areas of research, graphic design, social media, and client relations.
